About me
I'm a 26 year old computer science student at ETH Zurich, currently in my third semester of my master's degree. For more information about my studies, please check out my studies page. Before my endless endeavours at ETH Zurich, I attended the high school MNG Rämibühl in Zurich, where I chose a focus on applied mathematics and physics.
Besides my studies, I work as a freelance web developer. Check out some of the websites I worked on over at the websites page.
A big passion of my life is icehockey. I played 11 seasons for the youth organization of EHC Kloten (2002 - 2013) as a defenseman. Unfortunately, I did not have enough time to study in high school due to the tight training schedule. Thus, I made the heartbreaking decision to stop my "hockey career" and focus on my education. After two years without icehockey in my life, I started to miss it. But how can I get back into icehockey without a ton of time investment? After some thinking, I found the solution and signed up for a referee course. I instantly found joy in refereeing. And after working hard for some seasons, I was able to climb up the leagues. Currently, I'm a linesman in the MyHockey League, the third highest league of Switzerland. My goals for the next few seasons? Have some great games, do a good job, hopefully make it into the professional leagues, and still enjoy the heck out of it.
